As Operations Manager of OneWorld Group, Sisi commits herself to implementing the company's policies, purpose, objectives and processes; coordinating communication and cooperation among all departments to establish an effective team cooperation mechanism. Clarify the requirements of employees and supervise the whole onboarding process. Particularily, Sisi improves the finance and reimbursement process, develops expense budgets, and supervises onboarding, administration and human resources.

With more than 10 years of experience in operation management, Sisi is familiar with the processes of finance, tax, and human resources. Additionally, Sisi coordinates the cooperation of all parties and maintains client relationshis – she has been responsible for the relationship coordination of nearly 100 clients with a total investment of nearly 60 million dollars.
