TIMOTHY SHIH

As CEO of OneWorld Group, Tim works closely with clients and investors to tailor innovative solutions for their needs with a focus on real estate, private equity and investment. Tim brings a wealth of experience in real estate structuring and fund management in order to create authentic value to our clients. Previously, Timothy was an attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, one of the top law firms globally where he represented globally recognized financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality, media, manufacturing, financial, banking, private equity and real estate spaces.

Tim holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yale University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duke University School of Law. Tim is a New York-licensed attorney and also a name partner at the New York law firm of Yee & Shih, LLP, with legal experience in a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including public and private securities offerings, M&A transactions, banking and corporate restructuring.
